Ingredients Organic Short Grain White Rice Nutritional Values per 100g Energy 1,464KJ (345kcal) Fat 1.1g Of Which Saturates 0.3g Carbohydrates 77.2g Of Which Sugars 2.5g Fibre 1.6g Protein 6.5g Salt 0.0g Serving Requirements Wash 200g of sushi rice in cold water, then drain. Add to a saucepan with 325ml of cold water and leave to soak for 30 minutes. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer until the water has been absorbed and the rice is soft. Remove from the heat and cover for 10 minutes. Allow to cool before using to make Sushi.
